Summary: We had a great time in this house. It’s very cozy and fairly maintained. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.We were a bit disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t use the basketball court (there was a huge tree laying in the middle of the court), and we also were not given the option to use the jacuzzi so if you’re looking for amenities, make sure to communicate with your agent.Overall a great option to have family and friends in Poconos!We enjoyed it very much.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the game room, fishing and kayaking! Plenty of room for the 11 of us. We also went to the zoo and enjoyed the evenings at the fire. Beth the property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Summary: The property was super, just like last year. It's hard to find any suggestions for improvement; however, the kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. The refrigerator is small, especially if a large group is involved, the stove needs to be calibrated since several of the burners do not respond when you try and adjust them.

Summary: Overall it’s a great property. It is not maintained well. The floors in some of the bathrooms feel like they are caving in, for the price you pay, you have to supply your own firewood, the one bedroom on the second floor wasn’t advertised as one queen and a race car bed but it is, and finally the property needs some attention for landscaping. The house by the pond is covered in bees, the trees are growing into the path down to the dock, which is also covered is high weeds. Overall a nice property if you don’t need elegance but I’d say is a tad overpriced given the condition.
